NEW: Safety Guidelines for Clients
Don't worry about your locks in lockdown! With our doors reopened (at last!), we are carefully following public health guidelines so that we can all stay safe and stay beautiful. But in order to maintain our safe place for all clients, we're asking for a few courtesies from all our hair angels:
STAY HOME IF YOU ARE SICK.
If you are experiencing any new or unusual symptoms or feel unwell, please reschedule your appointment. Let us know through phone, email, or a Direct Message on our social media platforms and we will be happy to accomodate your needs. Feel free to contact us anytime to arrange or reschedule your visit.
Open By Appointment.
In order to reduce spread, we ask that clients make reservations or call ahead for visits and do their best to arrive on time. We are still taking sales, styling appointments and free consultations, as well as virtual consultations for the homebound. Reach us by phone, email, or social media to book your visit so that we can do extra prep and cleaning just for you!
Wear Your Masks.
We're all safer if we all do it! During your stay with us, we require clients to wear face masks for your safety and ours. If you require one, we have a small supply available at the front desk, free of charge for clients.
Keep Your Hands Clean and to Yourself.
To avoid potential contamination, we have hand sanitizer available at the front desk that all clients and staff will use upon entry. We also ask that you refrain from touching the wigs on display - we can assist you if you have questions or want to try one on!
"Go" Before You Come.
Please note that until further notice, our washroom facilities will be closed to clients except for those with urgent need. This is to help prevent spread and streamline our sanitation process. We apologize for the inconvenience.
One Client at a Time.
We will be limiting our salon services to one client or family at a time for the foreseeable future. Clients are welcome to bring accompaniment or support persons to their appointment, but we ask that you keep the number of guests with you minimal, and preferably from the same household.
