Colour Disclaimer

Despite every effort to provide accurate images, we try to make each wigs as close as possible, but due to the lighting on electronics screens, colour may appear different online than in person.

After Sales Service

Our main objective is to make sure our customers are satisfied with the products and services from our company. As a part of your purchase. You are entitled to fittings and related colour adjustments at no cost. If you want to make changes please contact us within 5 business days after receiving the order and ship the product back to us within 14 days.

PLEASE NOTE THAT WIGS R US TORONTO DOES NOT OFFER REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES IF YOU CHANGE YOUR MIND, IF YOU FEEL THE COLOUR DOES NOT SUIT OR IF YOU SELECT THE WRONG CAP SIZE. We inspect all of our products before shipping. ALL ONLINE SALES ARE FINAL! Wigs and toppers are hygienic products. We take matters of hygiene and public safety seriously and DO NOT ALLOW them to be returned for the safety of all our clients. In case of return for adjustments, neither the original shipping cost nor the return shipping cost will be repaid.

PLEASE NOTE THAT CUSTOM ORDERS CANNOT BE RETURNED OR REFUNDED AFTER PHOTOGRAPH CONFIRMATION APPROVAL AND SHIPMENT. 


How To Return Your Order For Adjustments

Please email info@wigsrustoronto.com to notify us regarding your fittings/colour service. 

You must return your item(s) to the address below within 5 days from the day you receive your package. Please write your order # on the outside of the package and mark the package as Return for Adjustments or Colour.
