THE BREAKDOWN

1. Prior to consultation we require clients to send close up pictures of their current hair, We also need pictures of their 🎀 Hair Inspiration & Hair Goals from Instagram or Google 🎀 If clients have pictures of their own hair from anytime that they were happy with it, we would recommend those too. 👑

2. We then prepare similar styles of stock wigs or toppers to view prior to your consultation. 💕

3.💕Connect & Build Relationship💕: During our remote consultation begin discussion the history, concerns and the condition of your hair: Past hair trauma, what has gone wrong.
We have clients that don't want to discuss this step and we understand how sensitive this can be so we can always move to step 4. 

4. Positive shared ideas expectations: Are you looking for a wig or topper? Not sure?🤔Don't worry! We make suggestions based on the current stage of your hair. We find the right solution based on your long term or current hair needs. 👑

5. BUDGET: Real hair or synthetic hair; We carry both styles.
Real hair is a long term investment; we are able to colour and style to replicate your natural hair. Synthetic Hair we have to find the most natural looking stock colour and style to look like your natural hairstyle.

6. AFTERCARE! After the purchase of your 👑NEW CROWN👑we walk you through every step on how to take care of her. We give you an aftercare sheet explaining everything. If you are not able to wash her at home, we offer a cleaning service! You will be able to drop off your wig and pick her up after the Royal Treatment is done; curbside pick up ONLY.🎀
